William “Buddy” Eber Dandridge

Buddy Dandridge, age 81, of Skiatook went to be with his Lord and Savior Monday, February 7, 2022 in Collinsville, Oklahoma.

Buddy was born February 8, 1940 in Geary, Oklahoma to John Thomas and Bernice Irene (Black) Dandridge. He grew up and received his education in Cave Springs, Oklahoma graduating in 1957. After high school Buddy attended classes at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. On September 7, 1957 Buddy married Naomi Lee Trammell in Stillwell, Oklahoma and they made their home in Tulsa in 2009 Buddy married Mary Dearman and they made their home in Texas. He moved to Skiatook in 2019 where he has made his home since that time. Buddy was owner and operator of Darrell’s Messenger Service since 1972. He was a member of The Assembly Of God Church in Skiatook. Buddy enjoyed Golf, fishing, and sprint car racing.

Buddy was preceded in death by his wives: Naomi and Mary, parents: John and Bernice, three brothers: John, James, and Tommy and one sister: Sandy.

Buddy is survived by his children: William Jr. and wife Leanna, Donna Dandridge-Pardue, Chuck and wife Kelly and Tony and wife Alisa, brothers: Melvin Dandridge and Freddy Dandridge, sister: Rhonda Dandridge-Ford fourteen grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family of Buddy Dandridge entrusted his care and services to Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
