William “Bill” Ralph Taylor

Bill Taylor, age 60, of Skiatook, Oklahoma went to be with his Lord and Savior Monday, August 22, 2022 at his residence.

Bill was born December 23, 1961 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Glenn and Wanda (Webb) Taylor. He grew up and received his education in Skiatook and graduated from Skiatook High School in 1980. After high school he attended college at Kansas Wesleyan University where he was inducted into the football hall of fame and he also attended Freedom Bible College in Missouri. He was a teacher and football coach at Kansas Wesleyan University, a car salesman a medical supply salesman, a teacher at Skiatook Public Schools, and the pastor of Community Lighthouse Church for the past 18 years. Bill enjoyed watching sports, gameshows, and Reba reruns with his Sweety and he loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Bill was preceded in death by his daughter: Cody Harris-Hopkins, Judy Taylor, Glenn Taylor, and Step-father: Doc Munson.

Bill is survived by his mother: Wanda Munson, brother: Mike Munson and wife Glenda, sister: Jo Munson, son: Justin Harris daughter: Cheyney Taylor and Kenneth Garell, grandchildren: Jayle, Kaelynn, Brayden, Hailey, Cayden, Zayden, Cody Levi, Kenneth William, Jaxon, Abel, Bennett, his Sweety Sharon Harper, and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family of Bill Taylor entrusted his care and services to Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
