Velma Opal Waggle
Funeral services for Opal Waggle will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 12, 2018 at the Skiatook Free Will Baptist Church with Pastor Mitch Leonard and Gary Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in the Floral Haven cemetery under the direction of the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
Opal Waggle age 95, of Skiatook, passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at the Bailey Medical center in Owasso.
Opal was born October 28, 1922 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Harry Raymond and Clara Staschia (Merrill) Williams. Opal grew up and received her education in Tulsa where she graduated in 1940. Opal married Eugene Frailey and he preceded her in death. Opal later married Jake Biggs and he preceded her in death. In 1989 Opal married Orville James Waggle in Skiatook and he preceded her in death on December 12, 2008. Opal owned and operated a Gulf Station in Jenks and was a homemaker. Opal liked to sewing and quilting.
Opal was preceded in death by her parents: Harry and Staschia Williams, husbands: Eugene, Jake and Orville, two brothers and by two sisters.
Opal is survived by her two nieces: Pauletta Johnson and Reba Harrison, four nephews: David Williams, Larry Williams, Steve Williams and Jimmy Dale Williams and a host of other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be: Gary Johnson, Eric Johnson, David Williams and Larry Williams.
Music will be: “What A Day That Will Be” and “Because He Lives” performed by Clarence and Willie Ashlock.
The family of Opal Waggle entrusted her care and services to the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
