Toshiko Blevins, age 46, of Skiatook, passed away Monday, October 14, 2019 at her residence.

Toshiko was born November 20, 1972 in Port Charlotte, Florida to Richard Crandall and Debbie Edwards. She grew up and received her education in Bentonville, Arkansas. Toshiko married Jesse Lovell Blevins on October 5, 1998 in Tulsa and made their home in Florida and Arkansas before moving to Skiatook in 2013. She was a homemaker and she loved cake decorating, drawing, and spending time with her family.

Toshiko was preceded in death by her mother and father.

Toshiko is survived by her Husband: Jesse, step-father: James Edwards, children: Charlie Lowe, Angelina Overstreet, Stephen Kao, and Jessie Blevins, Step-Children: Tim Blevins, and Jason Blevins, brothers: Ricky Crandall, Bo Crandall, sisters: Marcie Edwards, Jamie Edwards, and Cindy Edwards, 8 grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family of Toshiko Blevins entrusted her care and services to the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
