Tommy Ray Stockham

Visitation for Tommy Ray Stockham will be Tuesday, August 29, 2023 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, August 30, 2023 in the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor’s Monte Lovvorn and Ralph Lovvorn officiating. Interment will be in the Osage Gardens Cemetery in Skiatook under the direction of the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.

Tommy Ray Stockham, age 83, of Skiatook went to be with his Lord and Savior Friday, August 25, 2023 in Skiatook surrounded by his family.

Tommy was born February 12, 1940 in Collinsville, Oklahoma to Thomas Jefferson and Mary Lena Pauline (Blakemore) Stockham. Tommy grew up and received his education in Collinsville where he graduated with the Class of 1958. Tommy entered into the United States Army in 1959 and received his honorable discharge in 1964. Tommy married Ruth Pace on December 14, 1961 in Bartlesville making their home in Mineral Wells, Texas until moving to Skiatook in 1968 where they continued to make their home. Tommy was self-employed where he built custom homes. Tommy loved gardening, working puzzles and playing games, vacationing, fishing, watching his grandchildren’s activities and spending time with his family.

Tommy was preceded in death by his parents; Thomas and Esther Stockham and Mary Popplewell, four brothers, two sisters and one granddaughter.

Tommy is survived by his loving wife of 61 years; Ruth, two children; Leah Love and husband Russell and Christy Massey and husband Larry, nephew (honorary son) Ocie Stockham and wife Ronda, two sisters; Voda Utley and Linda Smith, eight grandchildren; Brooke Taylor and husband Charley, Nick Massey, Jessica Love, Katie Stockham, Audra York and husband Keifer, Garrett Massey, Rebekah Thompson and husband Dalton, and Rylee Massey, twelve great grandchildren; Jada and Ava Massey, Rocky Taylor, Shepherd, Jocilea Ruth, and Fletcher Brown, Emmaline Massey, Asher York, Aspyn, Blaire, Grant and baby Tommy Thompson, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.Pallbearers for the service will be; Tim Blackwell, Charley Taylor, Nick Massey, Keifer York, Garrett Massey and Dalton Thompson.
