Funeral services for Teresa Lynn Hook will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, September 19, 2016 in the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Butler, officiating. A private family interment will follow under the direction of the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.

Teresa Lynn Hook, age 49, of Skiatook, died at 5:52 p.m. Thursday, September 15, 2016 at the St. John Medical Center in Tulsa.

Teresa was born April 4, 1967 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Charles and Lola (DeShazer) McPherson. Teresa grew up and received her education in Skiatook graduating in 1985. Teresa married David Hook on May 15, 1985 in Skiatook. Teresa was a homemaker of the home. Teresa liked crafting, gardening, crocheting and spending time with her family and enjoyed her grandchildren. Teresa liked visiting various church’s in Skiatook.

Teresa was preceded in death by her mother and father and by two brothers.

Teresa is survived by her husband David, children: Brian McPherson, Sarah Stroble, Ashley Krchmar and Terri Trotter, two brothers: Jason McPherson and Lynn McPherson, two sisters: Angela Stephens and Kaydawn Morton, eight grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Music for the services will be: “Testify To Love” and “You Should Be Here”.
