We come together to celebrate the life and honor the memory of Stephen Farrell Stewart Jr., a man known for his adventurous spirit and loving heart. Born on October 4th, 1972, in San Bernardino, California, to Stephen Farrell Sr. and Marie Annette (Ellzey) Stewart.  Stephen's journey through life was as vibrant and daring as the skies he soared through. On September 30th, 2024, at the age of 51, Stephen passed away in Skiatook, Oklahoma, surrounded by the landscapes he had come to love.

Stephen was a man whose life was marked by the close relationships he cultivated and the passions he pursued with unbridled enthusiasm. Raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Stephen was a proud graduate of East Central High School, class of 1991. His youth in Tulsa laid the foundation for a life filled with ambition and a strong sense of community. In October of 1993, Stephen married Stacie Barr, and the couple established their home in Broken Arrow.

Professionally, Stephen made his mark as a skilled pilot and mechanic. His love for aviation was not just a career but a calling. He owned and operated Skydive Airtight in Skiatook, where he not only managed the business but also partook in the thrill of skydiving. His fearless approach to life inspired many as he guided and mentored countless individuals in the art of skydiving. Stephen's legacy in the skydiving community is one of courage, camaraderie, and the pure joy of flight.

Stephen is survived by his children, Baylea McElroy and her husband Tate, and Madison Stewart. His mother, Marie Annette (Ellzey) Stewart, his sister, Angela Samuelson and her husband Todd, and his loving girlfriend, Vicki McClure Holloway, will carry forward his memory with love and pride. Stephen was a grandfather to five grandchildren: Emersyn, Addlea, Sutton, Locklyn, and Loghan.

Though he was preceded in death by his father, Stephen Farrell Stewart Sr., and his sister, Holly Henke.

Stephen's presence was a beacon of light and joy for those who knew him. His laughter was infectious, his advice was sought after, and his ability to listen and truly hear made him a confidant to many. Stephen lived his life with an open heart, embracing every day as an opportunity to make memories and pursue his dreams.

As we say goodbye to Stephen Farrell Stewart Jr., we reflect on a life well-lived, a life that was full of passion, adventure, and love. His spirit will continue to soar in the hearts of those he touched, and the memories he created will serve as a guiding force for all who were fortunate enough to know him. Stephen's journey on earth may have concluded, but the legacy of his vibrant spirit will continue to inspire and guide us for generations to come.

In closing, we honor a man who lived life on his terms, with the wind beneath his wings and an unquenchable zest for life. Stephen Farrell Stewart Jr., may you find peace in the skies above, as we hold you close in our hearts below. Your life was a beautiful flight, and your memory a treasure we will cherish always.
