Shirley Kay Williams, age 83 of Skiatook, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, June 21, 2023. Shirley was born March 28, 1940 in Williamsport, Pennsylvania to Edward Messersmith Nelson and Lillian Marie (Bierman) Nelson. Shirley grew up and received her education in Williamsport and graduated from Williamsport High in1958. Shirley married Leonard Williams on July 19,1963 where they lived in Sunbury, Pennsylvania before moving to Tulsa, Oklahoma and then Skiatook in 2004. Shirley worked in a sewing machine factory and was a homemaker. Her hobbies and interests included crafting, camping, working at the ball fields, playing bingo, crocheting and sewing. Shirley loved parties, being with family and Christmas was her favorite time of the year.

Shirley was proceeded in death by her father: Edward, mother: Lillian, brother: Jack Nelson, 2 sisters: Patsy Gorsline, and Peggy Fullmer, son: Leonard Allen Williams Jr.

Shirley is survived by children: Brett Williams, Lori Baker and husband Jeff, Dawn Belflower and husband Mark, Tami Mangold and husband Bill, Lisa Schmidt and husband Martin, Misty Williams and husband Toby, 19 grandchildren, 69 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family of Shirley Williams entrusted her care and service to Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
