Ryan Clifford Craig

February 7, 1989 — January 18, 2025

Owasso

Ryan Clifford Craig, 35 years old, went to be with his Lord and Savior on January 18, 2025.

Ryan was born on February 7, 1989, in Fort Ord, California. Ryan grew up and graduated from Owasso with the class of 2007.  While in high school he was on the bowling team and went to State in his Senior Year. He attended Tulsa Junior College and received his associate’s degree in 2009. He went on to attend the University of Oklahoma and received his bachelor’s degree in 2012. He loved to travel whether it be anywhere in the United States or internationally. His love for traveling started when he was a kid. His grandparents took him and Tyler on too many road trips to mention. One thing for sure though, they probably saw and explored almost every cave in Arkansas and Oklahoma. He and his sister, Missy, took a few mini vacations with their kiddos so his love for travel was a big part of him. He loved going to the cabin at Grand Lake and loved going to concerts. He enjoyed his time playing golf with his big brother, Darion. His true passion was storm watching and he absolutely loved chasing tornadoes! He loved watching his two favorite football teams play, whether they were having a good year or not. He attended several Oklahoma Sooner games and even got to see his Forty Niners play the Dallas Cowboys a few years ago. Ryan will continue to be deeply missed but never forgotten.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Clifford Smith.

Ryan is survived by his son, Blaize Craig of Owasso, his parents, Jeff and Debbie Bennett of Owasso and Jerry Craig of Claremore, brother, Darion Craig and wife, Priscilla, nephews, Callum and Connor of Owasso, sister, Melisa Craig, and his nephew, Phoenix Hunt of Owasso, his cousin (who is like a brother) Tyler Smith and wife, Jillian, and their two sons, Isaiah and Cyrus, Grandmothers, Judy Smith of Skiatook and Judy Selby of Claremore and his Aunt, Kim Wiley, of Skiatook. Ryan has so many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends that will miss him also.

The family of Ryan Clifford Craig entrusted his care and services to Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
