Roy Lee Brown

Roy Lee Brown Sr.  61 year of age died 18th of January at his home in Hominy, Okla. after a terminal illness. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 31st. at Event & Party Center in Hominy, Okla. located at 927 N. Eastern St.  Mr. Brown was born on 9th of July, 1957 in Saddle Mountain Okla. He is preceded in death by his first great granddaughter Avarie Raeann Smith, one brother Dayton Brown, sister Linda Brown and parents Henry & Ellen Brown. He is survived by a long time companion Nancy Schnaibel. Five sons. Roy Lee Brown Jr.  Keith Brown & wife Keisha, Brandon Brown, Michael Brown & Bridgett Cartwright all of Hominy, Okla.  Son Bradley Brown & Stephanie Lookout of Stillwater Okla. Nine grandchildren, 5 step grandchildren. Three brothers Lloyd Brown & wife Linda, David Brown,  Donald Brown & wife Christie. Three sisters Ruth Lapinski & husband Ron, sisters Mildred McCurry, Jeanelle Stuart.

Mr. Brown was also survived by his previous wife of 27 years Flora Williams, who he considered his long time best friend. Mr. Brown worked in Oil field for over 20 years. He enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren & great grandson. He enjoyed fishing, playing jokes on people. He will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him.
