Memorial services for Ricky Darrell Blankenship will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 8, 2017 in the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Shawn Blankenship, officiating.
Ricky Darrell Blankenship, age 60, of Skiatook, passed away Tuesday, July 4, 2017 at his Skiatook residence.
Ricky was born March 5, 1957 in Oklahoma City to Darrell and Nolly (Wolf) Blankenship. He grew up and received his education in Skiatook where he graduated in 1975. Ricky married Lorena Sue Delk on December 13, 1975 in Skiatook making their home in Tulsa, Oklahoma City and Skiatook. Ricky was employed with B&T Engineering where he was a Structural Designer and retired April of this year. Ricky liked going to concerts, building and flying model airplanes.
Ricky was preceded in death by his mother and father and by 2 sisters: Teresa Strickland and Dawn Mills
Ricky is survived by his children: Danyell Blankenship, Dakota Blankenship and Tucker Blankenship, two brothers: Bryan Blankenship and Shawn Blankenship, two grandchildren: Annastasia Blankenship and Gracyn Blankenship and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family of Ricky Darrell Blankenship entrusted his care and services to Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
