Ray was born March 13, 1933 in Quincy, Illinois to Harold W. and Lela Ethel (Eber) Sien. Ray was employed with National Gypsum where he was a foreman.
Ray is survived by his wife: Kay Lewis Sien, children: Kem Sien Lane and husband Kenny, Kathy Sien Mead and husband Jeff and Derek Sien and wife Lisa.
