PHYLLIS FAYE GOFF
Funeral services for Phyllis Faye Goff were held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 22, 2013 at the Gospel Assembly Church in Owasso with Thomas Igler, officiating. Interment followed in the Floral Haven Cemetery under the direction of the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
Phyllis Faye Goff, age 75, of Sperry, passed away Monday, February 18, 2013 at Hillcrest Medeical Center in Tulsa.
Phyllis was born June 21, 1937 in Livingston, Texas to Arthur and Eunice (Wheeler) Eaton. Phyllis grew up and received her education in Clute, Texas graduating in 1954. She married John Joseph Macon on March 7, 1954 in Clute, Texas and made their home in Tempe, Arizona. She married Earl Allen Gofff on October 21, 1974 in Sheldon, Missouri moving to Sperry in 2005. She was in Accounting with several Accounting Firms. Phyllis hobbies were church, music, teaching children music and avid crossword puzzles.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her mother and father, four brothers, one sister, two step sons, two grandsons and one step grandchild.
Phyllis is survived by her husband Earl of the home, children: Tommy Macon and wife Linda, Darla and husband Clayton Thomas, Lanae and husband John White, three step children: Daniel Goff and wife Connie, Sherry Cannady, Glenda Goff, sister: Debra Kay Weston, five grandchildren, seven step grandchildren, four great grandchildren, twenty one step great grandchildren and two step great great grandchildren.
Music for the service was “Each Step I Take” “I Will Come” performed by: step great granddaughters, “The Best Is Yet To Come” performed by: Gospel Assembly Trio, “In His Presence” performed by: Daniel Goff, Recessional Music preformed by: Gospel Assembly Band.
Casket escorts for the service were: Thomas Macon, Bradley Macon, Nathan Thomas, Robbie Goff, Dustin Goff, Shane Halte and Ryan Royster.
Funeral services and interment were under the direction of the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
