Funeral services for Phoebe Mae Ragan will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 9, 2017 in the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dale Nielsen and Rev. Lynda Ward, officiating. Interment will follow in the Rest Haven Cemetery in Sperry under the direction of the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.

Phoebe Mae Ragan, age 88, of Skiatook, passed away on Sunday, February 5, 2017 at the North County Living Center in Collinsville.

Phoebe was born April 22, 1928 in Skiatook , Oklahoma to Andrew Donovan and Laura Ermina (Barton) Daniels. Phoebe grew up and received her education in Skiatook where she graduated with the class of 1946. Phoebe married GK Dick Ragan on February 21, 1947 in El Paso, Texas making their home in Skiatook. Phoebe was employed with Zebco where she worked on an assembly line retiring in 1987. Phoebe liked arts and crafts, crochet and embroidering.

Phoebe was preceded in death by her mother and father, husband, one brother and by one sister.

Phoebe is survived by her four children: Robert Ragan, Donna Keen, Gerald Ragan and Terri Beth McIntosh, ten grandchildren, thirty four great grandchildren, two great – great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Music for the services will be ”His Eye Is On The Sparrow”, “Amazing Grace” and “Beulah Land”.

Casket escorts for the services will be: Kolt Huddleston, Chris Bacon, Steve Ragan, Chris Fockler, Ray-Don Daniels and Hank Guilfoyle.

The family of Phoebe Mae Ragan entrusted her care and services to the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
