Paul Edwin Kendrick

Funeral services for Paul Edwin Kendrick will be held  11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 19, 2013, in the Sein-Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Scott Bodley officiating. An internment will follow in the Pawhuska City Cemetery under the direction of Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.

Paul Edwin Kendrick, age 66, of Skiatook, went to be with his Lord at 12:44 p.m. Saturday, December 14, 2013 at the Claremore V.A. Center  with his family by his side. Paul was born in Pawhuska, April 18, 1947
to Albert Kendrick Jr.  and Nancy (Hatfield) Kendrick. Paul attended Pawhuska Schools until Junior High School and then the family Moved to Quapaw and Paul graduated there in 1965. Paul started college at NEO A&M in Miami but was drafted by the Army in 1966 to serve his country in the Vietnam War. After his Honorable Discharge Paul went to work at Crane Carrier working 10 years, he then took a job at Williams Brothers working as a pipeline inspector until his retirement was forced due to health issues. Paul was an avid Golfer whether he was playing golf or watching golf Paul loved golf. He also loved to fish and hunt especially Prairie chickens, Paul loved spending time with his family and his granddaughters.

Paul is survived by his Mother; Nancy Butler, Wife; Sherry Kendrick of the home, Sons; Jason Kendrick of Skiatook, Travis Kendrick of Dallas, TX, and Chad Kendrick of Stillwater, Granddaughters; Krista Kendrick, Heaven Kendrick, Ashley Allen, and Leslie Allen, Brothers; Claude Kendrick and Danny Kendrick and  a host of friends.

Paul  was preceded in Death by his Father Albert Kendrick Jr .

Caskets escorts for the services are Travis Kendrick, Jason Kendrick, Chad Kendrick, Steve Kendrick, David Turner, and Henry Ellick

Music for the services are “Old Rugged Cross”, “ Go Rest High On That Mountain”, Faded Love”.


Funeral services and interment will be under the direction of the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
