Funeral services for Patsy West will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 12, 2014 in the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Eddie Kelch, officiating. Interment will follow in the Osage Gardens Cemetery under the direction of the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.

Patsy West, age 81, of Wagoner, Oklahoma, died Sunday, November 9, 2014 at her Wagoner residence.

Patsy was born March 14, 1933 in Osage in Lincoln County, Oklahoma to Henry “Hank” and Hazel Lucille (Howard) Porter. Patsy grew up and received her education in Agra, Oklahoma. Patsy married Walter Seitsinger and later she married Bill West. Patsy was a member of the Church of the Firstborn, liked fishing, cooking, and caring for children.

Patsy was preceded in death by her mother and father, sisters; Shirley O’Rourke and Joy Jones and husband Bill West.

Patsy is survived by her five children; Rick Seitsinger and wife Sherri, Dave Seitsinger, Lonnie Seitsinger, Donna Seitsinger and Denise Bottger and husband Densiel, ten grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Music for the services will be; “Amazing Grace”, “How Great Thou Art” and “In The Garden” performed by; Jason and Ashley McDonald.

Funeral services and interment are under the direction of the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
