Patrick Walter Greene

Patrick Greene, age 67, of Barnsdall, passed away Friday, October 16, 2020 at his residence.

Patrick was born May 18, 1953 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Hoover Hank and Gail Jean (Wynn) Greene. He grew up and received his education in Tulsa and graduated from Inola High School in 1971. He was in the U.S. Army from 1972 to 1976. Patrick married Cindy Basore on December 31, 1994 in Barnsdall. Through their marriage they had five children. He was employed as an oilfield worker pulling units and then worked for Petro Lite-Baker Hughes for 27 ½ years and retired in 2008. Patrick enjoyed hunting, fishing, spending time on the lake, and playing jokes. He was a huge OU fan and he loved spending time with his family.

Patrick was preceded in death by his father and mother: Hoover and Gail and his mom Shirley Greene.

Patrick is survived by his wife: Cindy Greene, children: Callie Greene, Samantha Greene, Jessica Foy, Larry Ray Mathia, and Rikki Freeny, brothers: Michael Greene, and Frankie Greene, seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family of Patrick Greene entrusted his care and services to the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
