Milford “Lamar” Roberts Jr.
Lamar Roberts, age 53, of Collinsville, died at 4:11 p.m. Friday, July 15, 2016 at his Collinsville residence.
Lamar was born March 10, 1963 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Gilberta Charlene Brown and Milford Lamar Roberts Sr. Lamar grew up and received his education in Skiatook. Lamar married Connie Lorraine Bishop on July 23, 1997 in Greely, Colorado and made their home in Colorado, Tulsa, Avant and in Collinsville for the past year where they have made their home in. Lamar was employed where he was a welder and was also employed with Equipment One where he was a manager. Lamar enjoyed playing cards, tinkering, fishing, making lamps and loved to make people laugh.
Lamar was preceded in death by his mother and father.
Lamar is survived by his wife Connie of the home, daughter: Tiffany LaVon Delk, three grandchildren, siblings: Charlotta Huddleston, Bobby Purdom and DeLonda Williamson, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
Music for the services will be: “Go Rest High On That Mountain” and “Angel Eyes”.
