Mildred Jewel Thompson, age 93 of Skiatook went to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday, August 4, 2024, in Tulsa.
Mildred was born May 22, 1931, in Jerusalem, Arkansas to George and Grace Hanna. She grew up and received her education in Jerusalem. Milderd married Marion J. Thompson on December 2, 1948, in Jerusalem. She was a sales representative for Dillard’s. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Mildred enjoyed reading, cooking, planting flowers and working in the garden. She also loved spending time with family
Mildred was preceded in death by her parents: George and Grace Hanna, husband: Marion J. Thompson, sisters: Loretta Edwards, Georgie Lankford, Joyce Vale, brothers: Euell, Carol, and James Hanna.
Mildred is survived by her sons: Ron Thompson and wife DeAnn, Burt Thompson and wife Grace, sister: Faye Howard, brother: Louis Hanna, four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, One great-great grandchild, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
