Marilyn Chae (Spaulding) Cook

Marilyn Cook, age 93, of Skiatook, Oklahoma went to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday, January 19, 2025, in Owasso, Oklahoma.

Marilyn was born July 13, 1931, in Ada, Oklahoma to Joseph Ausmond and Mable Winfred Spaulding. She grew up and received her education in Ada and graduated from Ada High School. Marilyn married Robert Dale Cook in 1952 in Claremore, Oklahoma. She was a self-employed owner and operator of Wardrobe Cleaners in Collinsville and was retired. Marilyn enjoyed playing bingo, going to horse races, and traveling.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents: Joseph and Mable, husband: Dale, brothers: Jack Spaulding, Ben Miller, and sisters: Janet Baldwin and Carolyn Boggs.

Marilyn is survived by her sons: Robert Dale Cook II and wife Debbie, Dr. Cecil Alan Cook and wife Jayne, grandchildren: Stacy Arrington and husband Joel, Alex Cook, Tianna Cook, great grandchildren: Haley Arrington, Corbin Arrington, several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family of Marilyn Cook entrusted her care and services to Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
