Lynda Loraine Najera, age 68, of Skiatook, passed away Friday, March 8, 2019 at her Skiatook residence.

Lynda was born January 28, 1951 in New Rochelle, New York to Richard J. and Frances L. (Cipac) Marin. She grew up and received her education in Englewood, Colorado where she graduated in 1969. Lynda also attended the Trinidad and Tobago College where she graduated in 1971. Lynda was a nurse in Colorado. Lynda loved horses, riding horses, fishing, camping and working jigsaw puzzles.

Lynda was preceded in death by her mother and father, two brothers and by one sister.

Lynda is survived by her daughter; Shannon Leigh Roop, one sister; Wendy Young, two brothers; James Marin and Gary Marin, aunt / mom; Elizabeth Marin, best friend; Mitzi Midyett, two grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family of Lynda Najera entrusted her care and services to the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
