Funeral services for Lyle Dean “Shorty” Easky will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, August 19, 2013 in the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Barton Kelly, officiating. Private family interment will be held.
Lyle Dean “Shorty” Easky, age 33, of Oklahoma City, died at 1:07 a.m. Monday, August 12, 2013 at his residence in Oklahoma City where he was murdered.
Shorty was born May 15, 1980 in Claremore, Oklahoma to Lonnie and Joyce (Pickup) Easky. He grew up and received his education in Tulsa. Shorty had worked for Wal-Mart. Shorty liked his Native American Heritage and enjoyed the native culture art.
Shorty was preceded in death by his mother and by one brother; Butch.
Shorty is survived by his father; Lonnie Easky of Skiatook, son; Lyle Dean Easky Jr., five sisters; Betty Greenwalt of Claremore, Lisa Kittrell of Skiatook, Tina Easky of Florida, Sandra Burrows of Muskogee and Amanda Campbell also of Muskogee, grandma Fannie Mae Murphy of Skiatook several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services and cremation services are under the direction of the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
