Opal Lorell (Johnston) Bruton
Lorell Bruton, age 95, of Skiatook went to be with her Lord and Savior Monday, March 7, 2022 at her residence.
Lorell was born March 23, 1926 in Kellyville, Oklahoma to J.W. and Gracie (Hoggard) Johnston. She grew up and received her education in Kellyville, Oklahoma. Lorell married Lonnie Bruton in 1948 in Kellyville, Oklahoma and later married Forrest Rusk in 1962 in Tulsa and later married Lonnie Bruton again in 1999 in Skiatook. She was a bookkeeper for Rusk Texaco. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Skiatook. Lorell enjoyed painting, bowling, fishing, going to church and loved spending time with family.
Lorell was preceded in death by her parents: J.W. and Gracie, husbands: Lonnie and Forrest, daughter Kathy Kehler and six siblings.
Lorell is survived by her daughter: Judy Bruton grandchildren: Doug Kehler, Kevin Kehler, Jessica Cryan, and Jolene Cryan, six great grandchildren, seven great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family of Lorell Bruton entrusted her care and services to Sien-Shelton Funeral Home Skiatook.
