Celebration of Life services for Kim “KT” Taylor will be held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, July 20, 2013 at the First Baptist Life Center at Oak and Lombard. A private family interment will follow.

Kim “KT” Taylor, age 51, of Sperry, died at 10:03 a.m. on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at the St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa.

KT was born February 10, 1962 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to David and Patricia (Chisum) Taylor. KT grew up and received his education in Braggs, Oklahoma graduating in 1981. KT then attended N.S.U. where he graduated in 1987 with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. KT entered into the United States Army National Guard in the late 1980’s and received a medical discharge a few years later. KT married Gayla Duncan in 1997 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas and have made their home in Sperry since that time. KT was employed with the Williams Company, was a instructor with Bacone College where he was a computer science instructor and was employed with the City of Tulsa in 1994 where he was a Network Administrator and retired in 1997 due to health problems. KT was of the Southern Baptist faith.

KT was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Taylor,

KT is survived by his wife Gayla of the home, father; David Taylor of Braggs, OK, one brother Bill Taylor and wife Kelly of Ft. Worth, Texas, nieces and nephews; Amanda Taylor, Aundie Clabaugh, Ricky Clabaugh, Rachel Noland and William Lincks, daughter in heart; Josie Lynn Williamson and son in heart; Brendan Williamson, two sister-in-laws; Billye Bultman and husband Bob and Dayna Reed and husband Bobby and a host of other relatives and friends.
