Kenton Allan “Bubba” Wills died as a result of injuries suffered in a hit and run accident while riding his motorcycle in San Antonio, Texas on August 6, 2016. He was born on May 30, 1986 to J. Mark Wills and Penny A. (Hale) Wills, at St. Johns Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  He attended Skiatook Public Schools and graduated from Skiatook High School in 2005, where he was a member of the Bulldog Football and Track Teams. He was selected the Outstanding Male Athlete during his Senior year.
Kent loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, camping, four wheeling and horses. He was passionate about sports and over the years wrestled, played basketball, baseball, football, ran track, and was learning to play golf. He loved to wake board and enjoyed days on the lake with friends.
He was a hard worker, who held many different jobs, mostly outdoors. He was especially fond of his time working at the Marina at CrossTimbers on Skiatook Lake. He was currently employed at the Westin-Riverwalk Hotel in downtown San Antonio, Texas.
Kent (Bubba) loved people! All kinds of people! He was a loyal friend, passionate companion and a fierce protector of those he befriended. He had an infectious smile, a contagious laugh, and gave bone crushing, but gentle, hugs. He had many great friends, but to many people he was their “best” friend! He used his experiences, failures, successes and demons to help so many people through their own tough times.
Kent is survived by his parents, brother Kyle Wills, of Ocoee, Florida, and his wife Danielle, a sister Kendall Brooke Wills, of Owasso, OK, Grandmother Jean Wills of Bixby, OK, Grandparents Blaine and Donna Hale of Skiatook, OK, Uncle Derek Wills of Tulsa, OK and his wife Suzanne, Aunt Julie Hunter of Ozark, MO and her husband Steve, Aunt Amy Hogan of Claremore, OK and her husband Travis, Aunt Vicki Gaffney of Skiatook, OK and her husband Jerry, Cousins Jordan Hunter, Spencer Hunter, Hayley Hunter, Brandon Gaffney, Ben Jordan, Casey Wills and Nephews Kingston Wills, Grayson Wills and Graham Wills and a many other extended family members. He is preceded in death by his Grandfather Jim Wills.
Funeral arrangements are made by Sien-Shelton Funeral Home of Skiatook, OK. Celebration of Life Service will be held at the Brooks Walton Activity Center on the campus of Skiatook High School, in Skiatook, OK on Friday, August 12, 2016 at 10:00am. It will be a time of reflection, memories, and a celebration of a life lived to the fullest!
