Funeral services for Judy Kay Ramsey will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday Sien-Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Zac Klassen, officiating.  Interment will follow in the Hillside Cemetery under the direction of the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.

Judy Kay Ramsey, age 62, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away March 13, 2017 at the Banner Desert Memorial Hospital in Mesa, Arizona.

Judy was born June 29, 1954 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Emmett Otis and Helen LaVada (Welch) Williams. Judy grew up and received her education in Sperry and Haskell where she graduated in 1972. Judy married Ted Ramsey Jr.. Judy worked for Oklahoma Osteopathic Hospital in Tulsa and had also worked for Bama Pie. Judy moved to Arizona 32 years ago and had work as a certified Nurse’s Assistant while in Arizona. Judy Liked to Read, watch movie and liked going to Branson.

Judy was preceded in death by her mother and father, three sisters and by a brother.

Casket escorts for the services will be: Justin Williams, Jesse Emery, Larry Williams, Kevin Boese, Otis Williams Jr. and Mason Williams.

Judy is survived by her daughter: Pamela Ramsey, siblings: Marjorie Messick, Stanley Joe Williams, Otis Williams, Donna Emery, Russell Williams, Ronnie Williams, Jerry Williams, Larry Williams and Justin Williams, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.


The family of Judy Kay Ramsey entrusted her care and services to Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
