Jerry Wayne Spurlock

Jerry Wayne Spurlock, 42, of Skiatook, Oklahoma, passed away February 27, 2016. Jerry was born on August 31, 1973 in Kirbyville, Texas. He is survived by his daughters Meaghan and Amelia Spurlock of Skiatook, Oklahoma; parents Homer and Patsy Spurlock of Silsbee and Dennis and Linda Campbell of Silsbee; grandmother, Versia Mullins of Warren, Tx; siblings, Tina Collier
(Michael) of Rogersville, Missouri, Johnny Spurlock of Kountze, Evelle Jacks
(Herbert) of Silsbee, Dennis Wade Campbell (Melody) of Silsbee, Amanda Bradford (Herb) of Buna, and numerous nieces and nephews. Jerry is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Angela Isam Spurlock of Skiatook, Oklahoma.
Services are under the direction of RS Farmers Funeral Home in Silsbee, Texas. The family will receive visitors on Thursday, March 4 from 5-8pm at Farmers Funeral home. Service will be Friday, March 5 at 2:00 at RS Farmers Funeral Home in Silsbee, with interment following at Frank's Branch Cemetery in Fred, Tx.  Local services were under the direction of the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.=
