Jason Gerome Lewis

Memorial Service for Jason Gerome Lewis will be 2 p.m., Friday, June 21st, at the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home with Pastor Monte Lovvorn officiating.

Jason Gerome Lewis passed away May 25th, 2024, at the age of 45.

Jason was born to Tina Reeves on August 16, 1978, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was a construction worker who attended Skiatook High School. He was known for his loving and outgoing personality, always putting others before himself. He enjoyed fishing, dancing, and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his mother, Tina Reeves, his children Ashley Smith, Destiny Smith, and Rylie Lewis, his sister Chrystal Thomason and her husband Tom, as well as five grandchildren, Paisleigh, Kaide, Blakelynn, Sterling, Asypnn, and many nieces and nephews.

Jason was preceded in death by his son Treiton, his brother Matthew Maggard, his grandmother Ruth Decker, grandfather Tommy Reeves, and grandparents Lavona and Albert Johnson. Jason will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those he touched.
