Memorial services for Jamin Lee Johnson will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 22, 2013 in the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Randy Carpenter, officiating. Private family interment will follow.
Jamin Lee Johnson, age 35, of Skiatook, died at 11:50 a.m. Thursday, April 18, 2013 in Tulsa.
Jamin was born September 30, 1977 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Randy Lee and Teresa Lynn “Terri” Carpenter. Jamin grew up and received his education in Skiatook, graduating in 1996. Jamin then attended T.U. and graduated in 2002 with a degree in political science. Jamin married Melanie Kathryn on May 25, 2009 in Tulsa. Jamin was employed with the U.S. Border Patrol, owned his own restaurant, landscape designer and owned a landscape company, was inventor and invented the X-flex I pad Stand. Jamin owned a marketing Company called "Mammoth Billboards" Mobile billboards trucks. Jamin liked to duck hunt, fishing, flying and was taking flying lessons.
Jamin is survived by his wife; Melanie, son; Trip, mother; Terri Horner and husband Chip, father; Randy Johnson and wife Kathy, brother; Landon Johnson and wife Rachel, sister; Piper Long and husband David, step sister; Zoey Horner and step brothers; Alex and Evan Horner, grandparents Jim and Colleen Carpenter and a host of other relatives and friends.
Memorial services and cremation services are under the direction of the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
