Jack Leroy Smith Jr.

Jack LeRoy Smith, age 69, of Skiatook passed away Saturday, February 25, 2017 at his Skiatook residence.

Jack was born April 21, 1947 in Skiatook, Oklahoma to Jack L. Smith Sr. and Betty Jean Weathers. Jack was a veteran of the United States Army. Jack was a rural mail carrier and was also Union Leader.

A memorial has been set up in the Memory Of Jack LeRoy Smith Jr to Cancer Sucks @ P.O. box 1091 Bixby, OK 74008.

The family of Jack LeRoy Smith Jr. entrusted his care and services to the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
