Houston was born September 5, 1953 in West Virginia to Lynda Juanita (Williams) and Houston Billy Darnell Sr. Houston married Sandra Dee Cates on September 6, 2010. Houston was a Postal Worker. Houston served his country proudly when he served in the United States Army and the United States Air Force.
