Henry Stevenson (Sam) Fridenberg

Sam Fridenberg, age 81, of Skiatook went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, August 6, 2021 at his residence.

Sam was born July 10, 1940 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri to Upshaw Lee and Ida Lee (Stevenson) Fridenberg. He grew up and received his education in Piggott, Arkansas. On September 5, 1964 Sam married Judith Ann Crossno in Piggott. He was employed as a truck driver and did maintenance for St. John Hospital from 1977 to 1995. He served in the Arkansas National Guard and was a Deacon at Brookside Baptist Church in Tulsa. Sam loved spending time with his family.

Sam was preceded in death by his mother and father: Ida and Upshaw, wife: Judy Fridenberg and sister: Sarah Akers.

Sam is survived by his children: Scott Fridenberg, Dan Fridenberg, Sherrie Woodward, Shellie Snow, Jeannie Attlesey, Ronnie Fridenberg, Christopher Nunnally, Samantha, Alexis, Sarah, Ashleigh, Hailee, Erica, and Gideon, brother: Jerry Fridenberg, sister: Martha Campbell, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family of Sam Fridenberg entrusted his care and services to Sien-Shelton Funeral Home Skiatook.
