Greg Vanecek, age 33, of Skiatook went to be with his Lord and Savior Friday, November 12, 2021 in Skiatook, Oklahoma.

Greg was born October 6, 1988 at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas to James Alvin and Malinda G. (Riley) Vanecek. He grew up and received his education in Tulsa, Oklahoma and graduated from Central High School in 2007. Greg married Bonnie Lee McElwain on May 25, 2014 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas and they made their home in Skiatook. He was employed as a machinist with Port City Metals in Tulsa. Greg enjoyed gaming, hiking, rock climbing, he was an avid dog lover, and loved basketball the Texas Longhorns, Dallas Cowboys and spending time with his kids.

Greg is survived by his wife: Bonnie Vanecek, children: Dakota Dean and Colton Dean, parents: Malinda (Riley) Wilson, James and Wendy Vanecek, sisters: Leah Foster, Lindsey Wilson, Leann Wilson, and Kori Wilson, brothers: Joey Todesko, Ryan Wilson, and Alex Vanecek, several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
