Glinda (Jones) Hayman, age 70, went to be with her Lord and Savior Tuesday, June 7, 2022 in Tulsa.

Glinda Vonell (Jones) Hayman, age 70, resident of Sand Springs and former resident of Skiatook went to be with her Lord and Savior Tuesday, June 7, 2022 in Tulsa.

Glinda was born October 30, 1951 in Keota, Oklahoma to Curtis and Katherin (Johnson) Jones. Glinda grew up and received her education in Tulsa where she graduated in 1969 from McClain High School. Glinda married Johnny Michael Hayman on June 19, 1970 in Tulsa making their home in Skiatook until moving to Sand Springs where she has made her home for the past 2 years. Glinda was employed with Sears, TG&Y, Frougs and retired from Wal-Mart after 18 years of service. Glinda was a member of Reach Church in Sand Springs. Glinda loved to go shopping, traveling, camping and spending time with family. Glinda loved her family and friends and was “Nana” to everyone. Glinda will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved her.

Glinda was preceded in death by her parents; Curtis and Katherin Jones, husband; Johnny Hayman and by one brother; Curtis Ray Jones.

Glinda is survived by her three children Kristi Surrett and husband Jason, Amber Roberts and Darin Hayman and wife Shawna, sister; Linda Phipps and husband Rick, four grandchildren; Ayrial, Noah, Cade and Samantha and a bonus grandchild; Sami Rose, her beloved dog Molly, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family of Glinda Hayman entrusted her care and services to the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home Skiatook.
