Gladys Marie (Record) Linton

Gladys Linton, age 92, of Skiatook went to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday, December 1, 2021 in Skiatook, Oklahoma.

Gladys was born September 28, 1929 in Cordell, Oklahoma to Joe and Jewel (Coynor) Record. She grew up and received her education in Tulsa, Oklahoma and graduated from Central High School. Gladys married Willard Arthur Linton on November 25, 1949 in Tulsa, Oklahoma and they made their home in Skiatook in 1986. She did secretarial work for various business throughout her life. Gladys enjoyed needlepoint, reading, and was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Skiatook.

Gladys was preceded in death by her mother and father: Jewel and Joe, one brother, and one sister.

Gladys is survived by her husband: Willard Linton, children: Craig Linton and wife Teri, Kim Linton, granddaughter: Loni Linton-Moushon and husband Zach, great-grandchildren: Holden Moushon, Kaylie Moushon, Athens Moushon, several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family of Gladys Linton entrusted her care and services to Sien-Shelton Funeral Home Skiatook.
