Floyd Toy Smith

Floyd T. Smith, age 79, of Skiatook, went to be with his Lord and Savior Thursday, September 19, 2019 in Tulsa.

Celebrating the Life of Floyd Smith will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, September 23, 2019 in the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Heath Tucker officiating. Interment will follow in the Osage Gardens Cemetery under the direction of the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home. Full military rites will accord Mr. Smith by the Skiatook American Legion Post 131.

Floyd was born October 5, 1939 in De Queen, Arkansas to Perry Lee and Eva Bell (Reynolds) Smith. Floyd grew up and received his education in De Queen, Arkansas. Floyd served his country in the United States Navy receiving his honorable discharge. Floyd married Wanda Faye Brewer on November 17, 1962 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas making their home in Skiatook. Floyd was employed with McDonnell Douglas Aircraft and Spirit for a total of 40 years. Floyd loved his grandchildren and was a sports enthusiast and was an avid Cardinals fan.

Floyd was preceded in death by his parents; Perry and Eva Smith, four brothers and by three sisters.

Floyd is survived by his wife of 56 years Wanda, children; Floyd Smith Jr. and wife Sherry and Art Lee Smith and wife Pauline, sisters; Ruby Mitchell and Evelyn Smith, four grandchildren; Christian Smith, Addison Smith, Corinne Smith and Jayden Smith, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
