Emma Lee (Wilson) Bowman

Emma Bowman, age 83 of Skiatook, Oklahoma went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, in Tulsa. Emma was born September 25, 1940, in Wynona, Oklahoma to Garney Charles and Ava Virginia (Potter) Wilson. Emma grew up and received her education in Barnsdall and graduated from Barnsdall High School in 1958. Emma married Clyde Bowman on May 27, 1983, in Miami, Oklahoma and they made their home in Skiatook. Emma worked for the United States Postal Service as a rural route carrier until her retirement in 1999. Emma enjoyed going to garage sales, going to auctions with Clyde, and loved spending time with her family and grandkids.

Emma was proceeded in death by her parents: Garney and Ava, son: Michael McFee, one sister, and one brother.

Emma is survived by her husband: Clyde, children: Marty McFee and wife Penny, Clydeen Lowman and husband Gary, Lisa Munyon and husband Lance, grandchildren: Heather Adams and husband Kevin, Jesse McFee, great grandchildren: Hadley Adams, Eva McFee, Ansel McFee, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family of Emma Bowman entrusted her care and services to Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
