Funeral services for Donna June Spicer will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, April 17, 2017 at the First Baptist Church West Rogers Campus with Rev. Heath Tucker, officiating. Interment will follow in the Memorial Park cemetery under the direction of the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.

Donna June Spicer, age 61, of Skiatook, passed away Thursday, April 13, 2017 at her Skiatook residence.

Donna was born August 15, 1955 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Virgil and Helen Louise (Spencer) Sappington Jr.. Donna grew up and received her education in Tulsa where she graduated from McClain High School in 1973. Donna married Douglas Ray Spicer on December 29, 1971 in Pineville, Missouri making their home in Tulsa. In 2001 they moved to where they have made their home since that time. Donna was employed with Wal-Mart in 2010 where she was a department Manager. Donna liked watching her grandchildren grow up and spoiling them along the way.

Donna is survived by her husband Doug of the home, daughter: Susan Rivers of Jenks and husband Bryan, children: Paxton, Kahlen and Brayden, son: Dennis Spicer of Jenks wife Heather children Josh, Alex, Lucas, Nathan, Isaac, Aidan and Isabella, parents Virgil and Helen Sappington of Sperry, brothers: Gary Sappington of Avant, Gerald Sappington of Dallas, Texas, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
