Donald E. Werther

Funeral services for Donald Eugene Werther will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 18, 2017 in the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Butler, officiating. Interment will follow in the Rest Haven Cemetery in Sperry under the direction of the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.

Donald Eugene Werther, age 84 of Skiatook, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2017 in Chelsea.

Don was born October 29, 1932 in Claremore, Oklahoma to Jake E. and Nancy (Bray) Werther. Don grew up and received his education in Sperry. Don did custodial jobs for various different business’s.  Don had also worked through Handicap agency’s working various jobs. Don liked watching western movies and listening to country and western music.

Don was preceded in death by his mother and father.

Don is survived by his sister: Neva Smith-Morgan and husband Jack, one nephew: Eldon Smith and wife Gayle and a niece: Paula Turner and husband Pat and a host of other friends.

The family of Donald Eugene Werther entrusted his care and services to Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
