Donald Sterling Ferguson

Donald Sterling Ferguson Sr., age 54 of Owasso, died at 2:14 p.m. Tuesday, May 28, 2013 in Owasso.

Donald was born May 23, 1959 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Sterling Juliuce  and Leola (Pearson) Ferguson. Donald grew up and received his education in Tulsa and Sperry. Donald entered into the United States Army in 1977 and received his honorable discharge. Donald married Sheila Kay Isaac on April 23, 1988 in Tulsa making their home in Tulsa and Collinsville area. Donald was a laborer working for various different places. Donald had to stop working do to becoming disabled thirteen years ago. Donald liked computers and watching TV. Donald was a member of the Eastside Baptist Church in Collinsville.

Donald was preceded in death by his father.

Donald is survived by his wife: Sheila of the home, five children: Mark Isaac and wife Ashley, Jason Ferguson, Donald Ferguson II, Stephen Ferguson and George Ferguson all of Collinsville, mother: Leola Ferguson of Collinsville, four sisters: Jo Ann Lowe of Tulsa, Julia Blankenship, Teresa Robbins both of Skiatook and Barbara Forbes of Collinsville, two grandchildren: Jacob and Eli Isaac, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Music for the services: “Gone To Soon”, “Amazing Grace” and special music by: Jason Ferguson and Mark Isaac.

Casket escorts for the are: Mark Isaac, Jason Ferguson, Donald Ferguson II, Stephen Ferguson, George Ferguson, Chris Lowe, Joshua Robbins and Daniel Robbins. Honorary casket escorts are: Gary Robbins, Tracy Blankenship, Ethan Carothers and Burl Forbes.
