Visitation for Don Baker will be held Thursday, January 30, 2020 at the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 31, 2020 at the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Leonard Pirtle and Pastor Adam Yandell officiating.

Don Baker, age 53, of Tulsa, passed away Friday, January 24, 2020 at Hillcrest South in Tulsa.

Don was born September 19, 1966 in Ponca City, Oklahoma to Buddy Dean and Karen L. (Wathor) Baker. He grew up and received his education in Tulsa, at Cherokee and Mclain High School. He entered the U.S. Army in 1984 and was stationed in Germany and received an honorable discharge in 1986. Don married Chastaty Jackson in April of 2005 in Owasso and made their home in Mannford and Tulsa area. Don was employed with TNT Fireworks and Warehouse Market.

Don was preceded in death by his father: Buddy.

Don is survived by his wife: Chastaty Baker, mother: Karen Walden and husband Richard Walden, children: Kayly Avelar, Jesse Avelar, Austin Avelar, and Ashly Baker, sisters: Susan Baker-Wilson and Stacey Curtis, brother: Eddie Walden, and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family of Don Baker entrusted his care and services to the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
