Dee Ann (Chapman) Duggins

Dee Duggins, age 64, of Skiatook went to be with her Lord and Savior Tuesday, February 8, 2022 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Dee was born September 29, 1957 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Albert Dewey and Betty Jean (Bradford) Chapman. She grew up and received her education in Wagoner, Oklahoma graduating in 1975. She was employed as an office manager for Albertson’s. Dee was a member of the RLDS Church/Community Of Christ Church in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Dee enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews and family and taking care of people.

Dee was preceded in death by her father: Albert and sister Genise Chapman and step-brother: Tim Allen.

Dee is survived by her children: Matthew Chapman and Mariah Chapman, mother: Betty Allen, sisters: Patti Weyers, Karen Smith, and Gina Johnson, step-sister: Shelly Allen, grandchild: Kadynce Williams, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family of Dee Duggins entrusted her care and services to Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
