He earned multiple certificates of achievement, culminating in a highest honors ranking of #1 nationally after completing Ricoh Corporate Training.

An entrepreneur and innovator at heart, David had a remarkable ability to inspire others, both in his professional life and personal pursuits. He was passionate about sports and could often be found cheering for his favorite teams, including OU Football and the Dallas Cowboys. He also found joy in coaching young athletes, sharing not only his love for sports but also invaluable life lessons. David’s unwavering faith in God was a guiding light throughout his life, providing him with strength, comfort, and a deep sense of purpose.

David is survived by his two sons, David Ted Watson IV and his wife, Destiny, and Garrett Andrew Watson, along with his daughter, Zoe Monet Watson. He is also survived by his sister, Kelli Watson, and his brothers, Barry Watson and James Watson. His cherished nieces, Lindsey Sherill and Bethany Goodwin, and his nephew, Chase Watson, will remember him fondly, carrying forward his spirit and ideals.

He was preceded in death by his father, David Ted Watson Jr., his mother, Shirley Ann (Cassie) Watson, his daughter, Emerald Alexis Watson, his son, Tyler John Johnson, and his brother, Brian Watson.

David’s legacy is a testament to his dedication to family, community, and his passion for innovation. He will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to share in his life.
