Memorial services for Cora Lee Blankenship will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Butler, officiating.

Cora Lee Blankenship, age 69, Skiatook, passed away Tuesday at the Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa.

Cora was born April 20, 1948 in Dodge City, Kansas to Victor Floyd and Erna May (Kreger) Elliott. Cora grew up and received her education in Goodman, Missouri graduating High School  from Goodman High School in 1966. Cora married Charles Bickford on January 13, 1967 making their home in Tulsa with their three children. Cora later married Robert Kenneth Blankenship on June 15, 1983 making their home in Skiatook. Cora was employed with St. John Medical center in Tulsa where she was a Medical records Supervisor until her retirement. Cora loved spending as much time as she could with her grandchildren and family and loved sewing and the outdoors.

Cora was preceded in death by her mother and father and by two brothers and one sister.

Cora is survived by her children: Vanessa Cabe, Nathan Bickford and Deborah Corsaut,  Bob’s children: Teri, Jeanna and Krystal and their children, three brothers: Paul Kloster, Terry Elliott and Sonny Elliott, grandchildren: Kari, Rachel, Jeromy, Adam, Travis, Michael, Kristy, Bobby, Tamara, Ray, Cameron and Nathan, great grandchildren: Johnny, Savannah, Grant, Sasha, Trenton, Bobby, Jayson, Isabella, Arianna, Daniela, Miriam, Cristian, Brittany, Justin, Jacob and Skylar, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family of Cora Blankenship entrusted her care and services to Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
