Charlotte Wheeler, age 76, of Skiatook went to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday, September 26, 2021 in Skiatook, Oklahoma.

Charlotte was born April 1, 1945 in Chickasha, Oklahoma to James William and Ruby Eva (Beach) Byrne. She grew up and received her education in Tulsa and attended Central High School. Charlotte married Johnny Lee Wheeler on February 17, 1962. She was a homemaker and domestic goddess. Charlotte enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, visiting family, watching westerns, playing spades and helping others through charitable contributions. Charlotte was a devoted wife, mother, nana, and sister.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband: Johnny Lee Wheeler, mother and father: Ruby and James Byrne, and mother and father in-law: John and Pearlee Wheeler.

Charlotte is survived by her children: L.J. Wheeler and wife Teresa, R.L. Wheeler, and Christie Wheeler, eight grandchildren: Nick, Zack, Amy, Lisa, Richard, Kelly, Heather, and April, thirteen great grandchildren, sister: Betty Preston and a host of other relatives and friends.
