Charles E. Hassel

Charles Eugene Hassel, age 79, of Skiatook, Oklahoma went to be with his Lord and Savior Monday, January 13, 2025, in Skiatook.
Charles was born June 17, 1945, in Estherville, Iowa to Bernard James and Beulah Beatrice (Baker) Hassel. He grew up and received his education in Estherville and Wallingford, Iowa and graduated from Estherville High School. After high school Charles was employed as a farm machinery salesman for Art’s Way Manufacturing and Kenzie Manufacturing. In 2013 he moved to Skiatook where he lived until his passing. Charles enjoyed listening to music and outdoor activities. He had many great hunting and fishing adventures including his final fishing trip in Alaska with his brother and nephew where they caught halibut, salmon, and rock fish. He also loved spending time with his dog Beethoven.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents: Bernard and Beulah.
Charles is survived by his sons: Jeff Hassel and Chris Hassel and his brother: Jim Hassel and wife Marie.
