Funeral services for Casey Prather will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 7, 2018 at Sien-Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with James Prather officiating. Private Family Interment will follow at Osage Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.

Iva Mae “Casey” (Casebolt) Prather, age 77, of Skiatook, died at 9:00 p.m., July 3 , 2018 at her Skiatook residence.

Casey was born October 17, 1940 in Coweta, Oklahoma to Eugene and Mattie Marie (Harris) Casebolt. She grew up and received her education in Sand Springs, OK. Casey married "JD" Prather on August 28 1984 in Turley and making their home in Skiatook. She worked as a CMA in health care for many years. Casey enjoyed painting, crocheting, crossword puzzles, and dancing.

Casey was preceded in death by her father and mother, Eugene and Mattie, and son: Ricky Thompson.

Casey is survived by her husband: J.D., children: Chip Thompson, Debra Wallace, and Shana Preslar, brother: Richard Casebolt, Sister: Nancy Bailey, 8 grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Music for the services will be: “Have A Little Talk With Jesus”, “Peace In The Valley” and “Just A Closer Walk With Thee”.
