Carla Rae Whicker, age 49, of Skiatook went to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday, September 1, 2021 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Carla was born August 12, 1972 in Pryor, Oklahoma to Carl Ray and Myra Adeline (Terhune) Branch. Carla grew up and received her education in Pryor, Oklahoma graduating from Pryor High School in 1990. She married William Lee Whicker on April 21, 2007 in Skiatook, Oklahoma making their home there since that time. She was employed as a job coach at Home Of Hope in Vinita, Oklahoma where she worked with adults with disabilities and she had also worked for the Tulsa Bus Plant. Carla loved her grandkids, being a mother and wife, and going camping.

Carla was preceded in death by her mother: Myra Branch.

Carla is survived by her husband: William, children: Lashonda Rose Bates, William Christopher Lewallen, Wade Lewis Whicker, Cody Layne Whicker, Brianna Mikkel Whicker, father: Carl Ray Branch, bonus mom: Wanda W Branch, sister: Angela Jo Branch, brother: Ryan Lee Branch, ten grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family of Carla Whicker entrusted her care and services to Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
