Billy Lee Latty

Billy Latty, age 85, of Skiatook went to be with his Lord and Savior Friday, April 14, 2023 in Skiatook.

Billy was born November 26, 1937 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Starling James and Betty (Brackett) Latty. Billy grew up and received his education in Sperry where he graduated High School in 1956. Billy proudly served his country in the United States Army. Billy married Wanda Jean Hamil on August 20, 1977 in Cassville, Missouri . Billy was a machinist for Blount Industries until his retirement. Billy loved to team rope, gardening and fishing.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents; Starling and Betty Latty, two brothers; James Latty and Bobby Latty, one sister; Betty Denny and by one son; Ronnie Lee Latty.

Billy is survived by his wife; Wanda, children; Vicki Marie Latty and Phillip James Latty and wife; Sandra Kay Latty, five grandsons, two great granddaughters, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family of Billy Lee Latty entrusted his care and services to the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
