Billy Jack Howard Jr., age 51, of Tulsa, Oklahoma went to be with his Lord and Savior Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at his residence.

Billy was born March 8, 1973, in Chula Vista, California to Billy Jack Howard Sr. and Dorthea Faye (Desjardin) Howard. He grew up and received his education in Tulsa and graduated from Daniel Webster High School in 1991. Billy was a machinist and tooling specialist. Billy enjoyed building computers, doing IT work, and computer gaming.

Billy was preceded in death by his mother: Dorthea Faye Howard.

Billy is survived by his father: Billy Jack Howard Sr., siblings: Debra Dorsett and husband Tony, Tim Howard, several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
